What does it mean to be mindful of your best moments?

To be mindful of our best moments is to experience them in their purest form; the is no judgement; there is no worrying about future events; there is only now. This will help with stress reduction, and it will allow you to enjoy the moment more than you would have before.

It is all right if you have trouble starting to be mindful. We all had to start somewhere. The biggest obstacle most people face is thinking that it is not for them. You might also have doubts about whether being more mindful in life is something you should endeavour on. Stop doubting, you are capable of living the best possible life. All you have to do is stop worrying and start living. Focus on one moment at a time; focus on one task at a time, and you will do fine. There are times of stress, there is no getting around that, but it is exactly this stress that makes it all the more important to take the time to enjoy the small moments in life.

Our journals can help you find these moments. Think of what makes you happy about the subject you chose. Is it being married? Then what is it that marriage brings you? What are the moments you enjoy most? They can be small; they can be huge. They can be spent alone; they can be enjoyed in the company of others. The fact you need to focus on is that these moments exist, all you need to do is realise it. A small moment of feeling fine is all you need. Write it down, focus on the details. What makes you feel that way? What makes you not worry about the coming time? How can you make sure you experience more of these moments?

These are the questions you need to find an answer to. Write it down; remember it; cherish it and enjoy. Find the best moments in life and keep them safe. Share them with your loved ones, or keep them to yourself. Read them once and read them again. The more you write, the better you will be and the easier it will be to find some rest for you mind and your body.
